It's hard to admit you're wrong after becoming invested in it with a big blow-up. I once had a customer who blew up pretty bad a lot, nothing abusive but definitely a lot of yelling. He, too, was classy enough to apologize afterward for blowing up, regardless of whose fault the issue was, so we would always take his blowups in stride and pre-forgive him.
