whats with this helpdesk? I submitted a license verification ticket on the 15th. How long you gonna take to verify it?

Its good that you want to protect the buyers' interests but that doesn't mean you can ruin the seller's business.

I need to sell this ASAP to make some money and I've got two buyers ready to pay, but you guys are taking forever to verify the license.

If you can't keep up with the volume of license verification tickets, just show an alternative to your buyers instead of making both parties wait forever.

It might be good idea if you contact the buyer and try to provide him info so he can confirm the license directly from vBSEO.

Due to some reason WHT Staff is not responding to the license verification promptly as they used to. 2 1/2 weeks ago i submitted request to verify the license and no one responded, so contacted the buyer and provided him with require information with which he could contact the company directly and verify the transfer info.

I would suggested you do the same, it might be due to XMAS that is keeping the staff from confirming all submitted requests.

sunil has pmed me the details and i have contacted vbseo to seek verification. hopefully vbseo doesn't take long to verify it. :)

vBSEO refuses to cooperate with us, so we are unable to verify if this license is eligible for transfer or not. We highly suggest you proceed with extra caution when dealing with a license that cannot be verified.

Just thought I should update this thread. The transaction went smoothly and I managed to get the license transferred without any problems. :) Thanks sunil.
