ok i am really stuck with this

I have installed proftp and i am using webmin to configure it

i have been playing with it for days but cant get something to work

i have a user called bec. and i cannot, for the life of me, give the user permissions

the user connects fine to the server using cuteftp

but when the user trys to copy files over, it says she does not have permission

but i have tryed constantly to get this to work with no luck

any ideas

what are the permissions on the folder that user is trying to edit? Is this a system user, or one in the proftpd passwd file?
