Do such things exist?

I have signed up too late on the LX Labs website to benefit from their 50c per vps per month offer... without a minimum spend of $10 per month

So... are there resellers? If so, where can I find them!

I don't know of any resellers. Keep in mind It wouldn't be worth it to anybody to run your CC transaction for $2.50/month when there are fees, and transaction costs.

$10 is a very reasonable minimum in my opinion.
