Both http://www.eservers.biz and http://www.saburovo.com offer dedicated servers without setup fees. And both have received positive comments on this forum.

Also serverbeach.com but I dunno how good they are.

There are a few servers that have setup fees but offer 1 month free deals.. same difference.

sometimes people run specials, or will hook you up if you post a request :), i know we used to do that (as a special in the offers forum) until they all sold out, now we just do it to fill servers whenever one is terminated/cancelled :D.

Also, a lot of times, if you agree to a certain contract, providers will waive set up fees (or they may waive the first month, which might turn out to be better!).

I highly recommend staminus.net, i currently have one server with them and plan on getting a second. Support has been excellent, i receive instant replies via AIM. PM me if you want a ip to test the speeds or a file to test the download speeds.

Well someplaces dont charge u setup fee but they have high prices and somes bad service...

As with my experience with my provider and i am happy with the service i refer u to http://www.httpd.net its a real good place with a server without setup fee :>
