Without the actual report, I'm not sure how they (MarkMonitor) define their so-called "average shutdown time". I would be more concerned if a registrar is too quick in killing a domain like a daddy who acts like God. Unless there's a court order, who on earth has the authoritative say that a certain website is phishing? Remember the innocent man who was killed by police in London subway? (For those who forget, he was given a bullet in the head by police with no questions asked, because they thought he was a terrorist with a bomb.) And this could be YOU.

i agree with you, but when its linking to a paypal site running off someone's comcast line i dont have any problem. :D
