I've been lurking for a while, reading a LOT of information. But haven't registered and posted anything until now. Now I want your opinions.

Right now, I'm hosting, unfortunately, with site5. I have 2 plans with them, the one they refer to as "The Plan to End All Plans" and then Reseller Empire. I have had it up to "here" with the reseller servers they use. Their firewall is the most finicky thing I've ever seen. One minute I'm downloading a few files via FTP and FileZilla, the next my IP address has been banned.

I told them if something wasn't done, my wrists would see more knives than a Benny Hanna (spelling?). haha.

Before that, and the account is still open, I was hosting on Media Temple's (dv) Dedicated Virtual Server. Their uptime and support were always great by me, but they did NOT offer any form of reseller support, billing software, domain registration accounts. Things that I'd love to have, they make my life much easier.

Prior to MediaTemple, it was Panelhosting.com and tera-byte.com, this was when I just needed the single shared hosting services. Not reseller capabilities.

It wasn't until Recently that my firm took off, and I needed to issue control panels, etc, have people sign up via the net, and so on.

So, who do you recommend? I've read a lot about downtownhost, all of which has been good. I talk to them, and I swear, they get back to me in minutes. It's AMAZING.

I'm not saying money isn't an object, but I'd be willing to get 2 reseller accounts with them, so I have the space, before I'd go somewhere else. Everyone I've talked to thinks they're too expensive for the amount of storage space I get. Support takes a higher priority over the feature set, primarily storage space.

Here's what's important :

billing manager
reseller capability
overselling features (just in case, hehe)
amazing support.

what I'd like to have
a enom account
the ability to talk to support via the phone. but if their support and sales staff are fast enough, I don't mind. at the moment, downtownhost's support and sales staff has been more than amazing.

Hostdime and Surpasshosting are our hosting companies. Their support is fast. You can receive responses your messages within minutes and they resolve the problems quickly. The uptime of the servers more than 99.5%. They provide more usefull tools like WHMCS(billing software), Cpanel/RVSkin(23 language support), Fantastico... etc. Surpasshosting is a member of Hostdime family. Their services are similar. Hostdime has phone support. But Surpasshoting has not. So their prices are different. If your budget is enough when I recommend Hostdime. If it's low when you can try Surpasshosting. Good luck.

Ahh

Bandwidth, over 100gb a month.
Space: preferred, more than 20-30gb of storage with overselling
budget under 100.00 a month
private name servers
etc.

First of all. congratulations on your business "taking off". I think with your budget (you said under $100/month, but I'm assuming ~$100/month) you should be able to find what you're looking for around here. Also you should take the time (if you haven't already) to compare billing management software.
