Hey, I'm a newbie at this forum but I need some opinions on my new website.

http://home.midsouth.rr.com/windowsxp/

It's going to be a portfolio of all my past and previous work I have done. (Looks good on my resume) Anyway, I need some tips for more content and stuff.

BTW, the dark blue bar at the top is going to display the current page it is on, so dont mention anything about there, cause i will add it soon.

Thanks for your help,
Lee Elmore.

Too small... though tiny is in for "hey I'm here" sites for artists it doesn't fit well. I like the nice curves but when you roll-over the graphic is obviously a screenshot or an icon of something which is a major drawback, even when it is well used like this.

Hmm.. what do you mean it is a screenshot?
It's a blow up pixel by pixel of icons for the
"digital curvy" look.

Places like dreamcast.net use it though.
Any more opinions about the style?

I see you have anime related site, Nexea. :)

You might want to raise table width from 640. It's too small. I think you wanted to make it to fit all screen resolutions but almost no one uses 640 x 480 recently..

Other than that ,.. hmm, maybe the bluish color is a little too bright.

Also you should make preload the menu images.

The images preloaded for me.

I think it's ok. I mean it doesn't wow me, but for what it is it's good. It's clean, fast loading and the navigation is clear.

I think the navigation menu could be a little thinner. If you do that it'll make the rest of the page look bigger in comparison.

Yea, I just totally redid the tables and frames.. and precached the images for pre loading..

I dont have much content really, cause it's a portfolio.. im going to take out the affialites section and add more content...

I dont know how to really do the resolution any better for what I am doing, but it is good to hear your comments!
