May I know how can i provide my clients too?

You have to e-mail those agencies individually and request an application. Their screening process is really difficult.

You have to be a decent size host with solid userbase to get into this - otherwise Google/Yahoo/MSN will not be interesting in giving you those promotional coupons.

It's all about business - they give you coupons, but you need to send the certain amount of new advertisers, who will spend money.
