Ok, i need help on this.
I have 10 pcs on which I have my staff... i have one e-mail address that they all should use - check e-mails, respond to them and etc. But I don't want two people to answer one same e-mail.
How do I do this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Use an e-mail queue system or something along those lines. Mail comes in, dropped into a queue, person grabs the message OR the message is assigned based on workload/who's signed in/etc.

Yes as already mentioned, then you will need to have a system in place that can take care of such. You might be interested in http://www.kayako.com/ great system, maybe overkill but you can find similar with less functionality.

One POP3 and SMTP account for all and different emails for the staff and no additional software.

You need a ticketing system like Kayako.

A free alternative would be http://otrs.org/ , although it has much less features.

Just a good IMAPI mail server would do the job, there's loads of freebie ones out there. Winmail is really good as well.

There is also the free e-ticket (based on OsTicket) - http://eticket.sourceforge.net
And also Cerberus provides a free version (I believe you can use only 1 mail).

IMAPI or IMAP server will work. Create a rule where your people have to flag email prior to starting processing. This way others will know that email is being processed.

gmail account. Everybody logs in and shares the same one. That's probably the simplest method.
But I'd go with Kayako :-)

Nice option. BTW, you can have google host your mail for you domain.

Indeed. Google Apps (http://www.google.com/a/) offers email hosting along with other light tools. It's a viable option, albeit with a very email-centric nature.
