I no what one is really i am a graphics designer and say i wanted to offer a template to someone what is all the psds files and stuff can any one please help me??

I take to be: I am not sure what a template really is.

A template is usuallly a single .html page with your website design sliced and tabled accordingly. Sometimes it is only the image that is sold rather than the html code too.
Many don't allow the user to have access to the .psd files in case they rip their work further.

im such a idiot i really think i was born blond (no offence intended)
i still dont get it so i make a site design its all coded etc etc what do i do now and when peopel say they want the psd source files what is that ?

A psd file is a Photoshop Format file, which is what the majority of web designers use to create their graphics. Obviously if you use something different (paint shop pro for example) you are then required to submit the .psp file instead. Photoshop is bundled with a program called image ready which lets you Slice (cut up) the image and save all the sliced images along with html code so it displays as a web page far easier.
