I just downloaded and installed Websupport. I'm having trouble with the email feature. When it emails the person with the support ticket info, it actually sends the headers IN the email (including the FROM:). But when it sends an email to me, the format is fine. I'm using sendmail, anyone else have this problem?

I am having the exact same problems. Did you get it fixed or do you have any ideas?

I'm using the PHP version of it now... If you go the the websupport (cgi version) page, it will say somewhere about a PHP version of it. Much better ;).

What is the website for websupport?
