The version 1.1.1 upon installation if it's not the original owner will have problems such as loggin in to admin will result in:
Warning: Your are trying to run this script on an unlicensed IP. If you believe this to be in error, please contact support@phpmanager.com
It seems the script has an embedded IP of the owner. I purchased the version 1.0 earlier and when I installed the update version 1.1.1 even with the password keys from support to unzip the script and also the password to intergrate it with WHM it still produced the quote errors, so be aware of it if you are going to sell it, better to contact them for clarification on this matter.

Just so you know cactus, prior to posting this here I contacted the creator of phpmanager and the license can be transfered. I would be transfering my login info from the members area to the new license owner with all info changed including ip. I also installed on the first try without any problems whatsoever. Not everyone will have the problems you encountered. One other thing, under the members area ip can be changed to any. So you probably installed it incorrectly that produced the unlicensed copy error. And if you search phpmanager forums, I specifically asked about transfering license to a new owner.

cactus is right and wrong.
you will get the error when trying to install, but if you change the login info and download the newest version and updates it will work fine. I just did last week with copy that i got here.

jmc67:
It's good to know that the license can be transfered and the embeded IP could be changed in members area if the owner wishes to sell to someone.
areiter:
I guess after the transfer, the new owner could download the updated version with his IP embeded in it and install without a problem.
In my case, I purchased the old version and when I emailed them regarding the updates, they asked me to login to members area using the email as username when I purchased it and was given a password but unfortunately I was unable to login in and had to use other methods to download the updated version.
When installing, I again ran into problems and had to email for the password keys to unzip the script and also intergrate it with WHM and proceed with the installation.
After the install, I thought everything went fine and started to login to the "staff admin" and there's where I discovered the IP problem.
Anyways, thank you jmc67 & areiter for the info
I will email them to create a new Username/Password for me so I could login to change the IP and then download the updated version. I hope this time it will be a trouble-free installation.

cactus,
The passwords for the zip files are in your license. If you scroll down the license you'll see it at the bottom.
