Please, do not use animated gifs. I don't like them.

I agree. The animated gif's are a distraction. You want to keep the clients focus on the main parts and not distract him with animated gifs. I especially didn't like the one on the bottom of the first page. That thing is moving just way too fast! :)

Thanks for your comments so far. I can see what you mean about the animated gifs. I took them all off except for the company logo. Do you think that's still too annoying?

I think the gear at the top looks terrible its background is blue and your page background is white

The site is much better now but please NO animated gif please, even the logo.

You might want to remove the scrolling text in the status bar too. I personally find it off putting not to be able to see where a link goes.
