I think you have jumped into this far too quickly.

In terms of answering your question. Like most things in business, there is no exact answer. Some people struggle while others go from strength to strength. Deppends what you do and how you do it basically.

Take some time to plan this out, these things don't just happen overnight. If you rush it, you are going to fail.

How long have you been considering this and what plan/s do you have for your business?

If you are giving hosting for free, you might be able to learn along the way. But it seems you don't know the basics yet. Take your time and read slowly about it.

As a start, I suggest you go with a cPanel reseller account and clientexec. They are the easiest.

I don't think it's a good idea to open "today or tomorrow" without having an idea what you're up against. Start with a business plan, and do a few months of research before you jump in.

cPanel + WHMCS. But don't launch tomorrow, research it, otherwise you'll be on the route to failure.

My advice would be to make sure you think of a business plan before you open your doors such as what type of billing and control panel you wish to use. What do you plan to offer?
