They are the only reps I've ran into that just pm you to see how its going, and if there is anything else they can do...

It shows good customer service...

Of course it does, I didn't state it to be a bad thing necessarily.

Get a grip - Jag was pointing out that your sig was breaking forum rules and I was only kidding.

Your derogative PM to me wasn't called for either, and I surely hope it doesn't reflect the type of business that Powersurge & Fastservers runs.

Yep. They're new around these parts and know WHT can bring in a HUGE amount of business for them. It's like someone has gathered heaps of fish and jammed them into a barrel for them to go fishing from. Having all the fish in such close proximaty means their customer acquisition costs are practically zero [for sales from WHT] and this means they can sharpen their prices as they have no adverting investment to recover. :pimp:

I would like to say that essentially this will be brought under control- too many things are moving too quickly @ Fastservers and I guarantee you will see much less of us in the *very* near future.

We have to shift our focus and divert it where it is needed the most at this time.

My apologies, in all sincerity.

isildur,

You don't have to offer an apology because my comment was made in light of humour. Having your representatives take the action they did with PM'ing with such perversion - I do have a problem with.

Enjoy..

Have a great night.
