We are from the Netherlands and planning to rent a dedicated Cobalt RAQ4r for a very nice price.
Is this a good choise to start out reselling.

and are there any other Control Panels to use on it? (or schould i post this somewhere else)

I think it will be really hard to install another control panel.

I am not sure about RAQ4r, not that many companies are using these platforms nowadays and I know a few large providers that offer ensim/plesk/cpanel + linux platform instead of raq's.
