what are you supposed to do when someone wont pay their late bill? get a creditor on them? how do you put it in their credit report? what are the business tricks?

Bill a month in advance, if they haven't paid by the due date the account gets shut off and you're out nothing.

We bill in advance and shut him off by the due date.

too bad

wait for payment
if it takes too long delete it

These days, most people have problems with their credit cards due to the world wide recession. So, I think it is better to be patient on them instead of throwing them away imho.

Just change all the passwords, edit their Index page to:
This web site is non-operational until the owner pays their Hosting Fees! Include a link to Whois.

:D I do not know if this is legal but i have seen it done! :D

No it is not legal, i have seen a webhost being sued and the host was put behind bars in a most bizarre incident of cyber crime, the prosecutors somehow made up a case of hacking, Never change/alter the clients pages, you can send him payment due notices and shut him off if he does not pay by the due date.

Suspend their account. Leave a note on the suspend page that they have a billing issue, and to contact you
