A week ago we bought a hosting on zeonhost.com
I was looking in this forum and everybody told that their support is great!

BUT!

We had minor problems we solved, and wrote e-mail to support, than one more e-mail. At least I sent about 3 or 4 e-mails and haven't get answer yet!!! A week passed and they didn't reply me in a week!!! No e-mail, No answer to trouble tickets

Yes, of couse -- I log In but have no permission to post. I wrote to support to help me what matter I can't login to forum?
