As a System Administrator in the industry for several years I've come to realize that most hosting companies aren't providing the best they can possibly provide. They charge ridiculous prices and they see profit margins of 60% or even 70%, I've decided this doesn't make sense and I'm working towards a change.
With my connections with several datacenters (specifically NetRiver and HostDime), I've been able to work out special deals with each datacenter to provide great servers for good prices.

I'm available Mon-Fri 8am-5pm PST, I can setup servers usually within a few hours of the order during that time frame, sometimes it can take up to 48 hours to set you up though. If you need a setup on the weekend or after my hours you'll have to call and/or email and I'll see how quickly we can get you setup.
Currently we have two facilities where we have physical access to and will setup servers at, NetRiver and HostDime. (We are owners and employees of each of our facilities, we are not just resellers)
NetRiver has a couple gigE's with Global Crossing and NTT, redundant with our own fiber loop to the Westin (downtown seattle), reduntant power, all APC racks and reduntant UPS and generators. You can learn more about the facility here (http://www.netriver.net/index.php/lynnwood/).
HostDime has several gigE's with Level(3) and Time Warner, redundant links to each provider, backup generators, and backup UPS. It's not as pretty as the NetRiver building but it's definitely not shabby. You can learn more about the facility here (http://www.hostdime.com/facilities/).
You can test out the speeds of each facility and let me know where you would like to be placed, by default we're currently putting everything at HostDime while we restock the NetRiver facility with more servers.

Each server has a 100mbit port and has the ability to spike as much as it needs to. Going over the bandwidth limit isn't penalized unless it's excessive (goes on for too long, increasing the 95th percentile). Each server is tested and verified to be stable and ready for any kind of usage before being put on the floor for usage.
We don't monitor what you do with your server, we allow anything that's legal and we won't snoop around unless we get abuse reports.
Without further ado, here's our pricing, keep in mind the bandwidth is flexible, these are the limits we'll base your average usage on. We expect to see 3-4mbit of average usage per server but we do not mind if it goes over as long as the average is about the same each month.

I'm willing to help, just keep in mind these are unamanged but I'll do the best I can.
