Do you guys do ethical business? I had rent to own server for 12month term. After 11th installment of rent to own. You disconnected my server and stopped replying to my emails, calls and live chats. I even opened the thread in webhostingtalk. I lost my all data and clients information because of you. I even contacted your upstream provider carpathiahost. You didn't even cared to transfer my lease to them. You people are just not doing ethical business and don't even care about your client. I know because I still feel the pain which I have been through trusting your company and losing my reputation in the market.
If I pay one more lease will you release the hardware to me?

Apologies for the delay in making this post, but I had to find out about this incident. Please note that the entire ownership of the company changed in summer of this year. Basically majority of the staff changed as well. If you can, you should log into your account and open a trouble ticket so we can take care of this issue.
