This is my first post here because I have never experienced such pain with any other host before.

I have been suffering from log in issue with ipower for over a week and have totally no idea about any time frame to solve it. Their live chat could not do any help more than saying they have appointed this issue to an engineer and expecting it to be solved within 24 hours / couple of time blah blah blah...

Worse than worse now, it seems they are not replying ticket at all! They are completely unreachable on the phone.

I needed to repoint my DNS since a week ago and now I have really been driven crazy about it. I really hope somebody could have any useful advice.

I feel your pain. I just transfered a (pain in the @#$) client to another web designer and I had to change their password for iPower. The new designer tried to login a week ago and couldn't (of course I get yelled at). Live support assigned it to a tech twice and it got fixed (or at least I haven't been cursed out lately). Just keep bothering them until they fix it.

Yes, you are 100% correct. I will keep on bothering them all the time. But they seem to be more than aware of this. Now their support don't get back any word to me.

I would admit that choosing ipower was the biggest mistake for me in the passed years with web hosting.

I would have escaped as soon as possible if I had the access! But I have nothing to do other than expecting the good luck.
