As the title says, I am in need of a server admin. I am currently working a full time job, running a site and moderating a couple large forums. I just don't have the time to satisfactorily administrate my server and be at my clients' beck and call.

This is a fairly easy position to fill; on a daily basis not much would need to be done. Just check in on the server to make sure it is running smoothly and be willing to make the odd configuration change or software installation.

Because of the fairly simple nature of the job, I'm not that willing to provide monetary payment. I'd be more than happy to offer hosting, or some other service.

Payment is a good incentive to work these days. Nothing is free, and money talks, bull.... walks ;) - Just my two cents.
