I'm considering hosting my site with them but I might require some significant bandwidth usage initially because I need to host an 8 meg file which might be downloaded quite a bit.

the one thing that got me was the lack of a ToS link.
turns out to be http://4dwebhosting.com/tos.php, but with no link anywhere on the site (that i could find) that *could* be a bad sign. but who knows. it could also be fine. try them out, can't hurt.
