for more than one week we purchased WHMReseller v3.0 from http://www.deasoft.com/

but till now we cant find any response from the company .. there is no Support Answer .. no Live Chat .. nothing at all ..

our Trail version expired we cant find any solution ..

May anyone help me please !!

I emailed them in the past (a month ago or two) at a customers request...never got much of a reply. Its interesting the script system for the server (Resellers who can Reseller WHM) is in great demand however the companies that provide anything like this either close down or have issues with support. (I forgot the exact script which was around 3 years ago...something beta 1...never got ahead...) :(

Hopefully they get back to you. I'm not against this company..in fact their system/script is pretty amazing...and something everyone really would love to get their hands on..but I'll agree on the support isssue. Nothing new there.

If you paid for support, and you are not receiving support, then yes.. you should request a refund for your purchase.

All i need software to sell master resellers, as WHMreseller is too unreliable

i have sent them tickets and emails and have not received any replies, I cannot believe they are still in business with this quality of support.

Deasoft have a great product but the support is really letting them down.

I just worked on a client's server (one of my server admin clients) and it seemed the WHMRESELLER (3.0) uses a massive load of cpu - one of its .cgi files ...is this a known issue or something?

When I first bought their software it took them around a few days to respond, but a week is just plain rediculious!

Till now i cant catch him .. my Big problem that i have 8 WHMReseller Clients .. they all cant wait all this time :(
