Can anyone explain to me what this QoS tweaking in XP is all about? I hear that if you tweak QoS and reserve 0% bandwidth, you get the max bandwidth your broadband has to offer instead of getting a limit amount.

Has anyone tried this before? Did you notice any increase in down/up speed?
