Or more precisely, if you can get a Big Mac at the Olive Garden... since they're somewhat different things.

You can accept credit cards through a real merchant account and also have a PayPal account.

I think mantra means can the merchant provider accept paypal for the setup fee and all sales automatically go to his/her paypal account? :)
