Hello
In my experience if its not in London with a direct connection to Linx you would be as well hosting in the US.

Most UK NOC's are neutral fibre.
Telehouse
Redbus
(both of these are brands and cover many locations)

1 Brick Lane (easynet, not neutral fibre)

In Scotland:
Scolocate
(they pester me all the time but whats the point, I can get a faster cheaper set up in London)

You will find many companies offering servers and colo in these places.

I found dm**********.com completely by accident looking for something else, they dont advertise colo much but if you email them they have facilities up and down the UK and I think there in the US now aswell (dont quote me on that) theyre connectivity is pretty hardcore free email @dmcinternet.com and stuff.

Just a suggestion, not hurt in calling them theyve been good for me and I have only got 2U :-/

:)
