I am not sure why this license is pending sale when a staff member has not validated it.

But, this license is NOT valid for transfer. This license will not be eligible for transfer until March 29, assuming the license is renewed before that.

This license should NOT be purchased, as it cannot be transfered. Never assume a license is eligible until a staff member states it's eligible.
