Hey all. Well I guess I am curious why I still am unable to post in advertising offers section. I read in the rules you must be a member here for 7 days before being able to post. I have obviously reached that. At first I thought maybe you needed a minimum amount of post's to post there, am I right and just missed that somewhere?
