Hello, guys

I need an advice, as this thing really got me

My friend has a website - www.koffie-espresso.be
Today we have found this website - www.my-senseo.info

And I have found this article - http://clsc.net/research/google-302-page-hijack.htm

Looks like www.my-senseo.info is doing this 302-page hijacking of www.koffie-espresso.be

Also (probably the same person) has this website - www.my-puc.info - also hijacking another website(s). Yep, this appears to be the result of cheap .info domains...

But the problem is the following. The owner of www.my-senseo.info refuses to remove the pages. Several days ago www.my-puc.info was also hijacking www.koffie-espresso.be, but after we contacted him he removed the pages, and started to hijack another websites.

What should we do to prevent such hijackings? Where to complain? How to fight those bastards?

Looking for some good suggestions ;)

in short you can't really stop it (short of contacting the registrar of the domain), but they do this to leech the PR unfortunately

Will domain registrar make this person remove the pages?
In terms of law - is this thing legal? If not - where to complain?

You may want to contact the datacenter/host where the site is hosted, as well as the registrar. Many times they will shut down the site, but some may require a court order.
