I have two .com domains, one I registered via an ISP, the other I registered directly with NSI. On both domains I am listed as the administrative contact, so I am the owner of each.
The domain I registered directly with NSI also opened an account for me, I have direct access to this account and I can change the information on any domain under the account simply by logging into the account on the NSI website.
The other domain has no "account". I contacted NSI and was informed it has no account but has a "service level agreement". I am listed as the administrative contact and I have access to the e-mail address associated with that contact.
Can I assume that to change details on this other domain I need to fill in one of the online forms at NSI and then verify the requests when the authorization comes through by e-mail ?
It seems that my NSI account can in fact accomodate for than one domain, does anyone know how to transfer the domain without an account into my NSI account ?
Any clues from anyone used to this sort of thing would be very helpful, I am relatively new to domain administration :)
