The great thing about mod_gzip is it compresses content and sends it to your visitors, the bandwidth is metered from what is sent, therefore the answer would be, after.

mod_gzip allows users on 56k modem to view your content much faster, and also it saves a signifigant amount of bandwidth by compressing content before sending it.

With Ensim, bandwidth is metered before mod_gzip. This is also the case with Cpanel.

As I have stated, the bandwidth generated AFTER mod_gzip
is what we use to determine your bandwidth useage via http.

I do not know why kreativ decided to provide their opinion
in our thread, but what I will say to kreativ about their statement
is this : it does not matter which control panel does what, the
fact of the matter is, regarding http bandwidth useage, WE
determine the useage AFTER mod_gzip, so you should
take into consideration HOW a company may manage their
useage before you provide your opinion about how 'you think'
control panels or our company works without having any
clue whatsoever about how we do so.

1) Will this rate last more than one year, or can I anticipate an increase after the first year? If yes, what is the normal rate, per month, for this particular plan?

2) How do I get this rate if/when I sign up at your site?

3) If I need more disk space, what is the cost per 100 meg?

4) Just registered for a new name...can I sign up before the name takes affect?

1) This rate will last as long as your account remains in good standing, regardless if you choose annual or monthly payments.

which will send an automated response that includes a

4) Yes, when you order, you are asked to submit your first domain
name. When you receive your account notification email after
ordering, it include details on adding nameservers to your
domain(s). This process generally takes 48 hours to propogate,
so it would work out fine as long as you already own the domain.

Ok, just a quick update.

Believe it or not, we still have eight of these plans available.

I do not think the error I made in the title has played a major
roll in not selling them, it would still be a great deal even if
it was 10GB bandwidth per month at this price.

Considering the fact that 20GB bandwidth per month is included, they should have been sold out within hours, yesterday.
