If you own it, you dont have the right to resell it unless you purhcase it a very long time ago and MB says its ok to sell. But you have to contact them first. Judging by your version, 4.4 you probably dont have the right to resell it.

I believe that Modernbill has a policy that you could not sell unlimited license anymore.
But if you could ask them first, I believe they might let you to sell it.

By the way I am interested :)

i open a ticket to them to ask this for days,

but it look likely that they delete my ticket directly.

because when i try to access the ticket,

it shows Error: Invalid email or ticket key

and Forgot Key?,it shows Error: No tickets created by ****@****.***

ModernBill's policy is that they will not allow you to resell your unlimited license.

I also own an unlimited license, and would love to sell it. the problem is that not many people want to use modernbill any more, because it went from being #1 to "really bad". Also, the ModernBill company is dishonest an unethical. (My personal opinion, based on experience with my license -- I was told we'd be able to sell it, then they changed their policy, and voila, we have software that is unusable and unsellable.)

I would not recommend my worst enemy to use ModernBill's software.

There is a different thread discussing Modernbill as a company and as a software. The above is a valuable opinion for that thread too.

I would completely agree about the honesty and ethics of that company.
