Hi all.

I have been with Server Sonic for over a month now and all I can say is that this has been a very positive move from my previous webhost.

My previous webhosts prices were a little expensive although the service was top class. I searched and searched for another host with similar service with a cheaper price alternative and I got one in Server Sonic.

Everything I have asked for has been provided such as the transfer of my site from my old host to the new within an hour. I didn't have to do any uploading or transferring at all and the domain transfer was smooth as well.

The prices are superb for my needs and the additional bandwidth is really cheap as well. The cpanel provided is fantastic as well.

If there are any web newbies looking for virtual hosting for a new site I highly recommend these guys. There support team is superb and prompt and the owner - Jordan - is just a nice and very helpful fellow and highly professional as well.

Gonna sign up for a third account with them later this month after they provided me with a superb custom plan to fit within my budget yet again.

Check them out @

It's great when a company tells their users to post reviews over here. They shouldn't be told/asked to post here they should do it on their own free will

Well, I can tell you all one thing, I have been using Server Sonic for some time now and never had any problems. Support is great and uptime as well.
I didn't know about that request till today. But I don't think there is a problem with them asking their customers to post if they are happy with the service. Believe it or not there are still a lot of people that don't know about this board and it's nice to see that they are sending us more traffic.
Also it is nice to see that he is sending real customers and not spamming the board like a lot of others have.

Just my dos centavos. ;)

Asking a customer to write a rating about your company is nothing new and exciting. Digging around looking for a link to prove that another host does this however is something I must say I dont see most hosts doing on a regular basis. I get so sick of watching hosts trash eachother here for the stupidest things.

I guess some hosts may havea little too much time on their hands perhaps?

First I would like to thank my customers for the good word and also Brendan for the supporting comment.

I have never offered any incentive to a customer nor attempted to encourage people to write great reviews about my company anywhere. I made that post in my own forums because I had received a lot of emails from customers who actually suggested that I put links up to places to review my company at.

You will notice that I also only asked users to post their review of my company. They are free to review us, or not, as well as post good or bad comments. In fact I encourage my customers to report their complaints about service to me and those complaints are taken action on immediatly. I make every attempt to solve any issue within the same day that it is brought to my attention.

You will even notice that I post scheduled and unscheduled downtime on my forums.

Please, I have worked very hard over the past 9 months to build a business with a strong foundation, a solid business plan, and good customer service. I was merely providing an avenue for my existing customers to post their reviews of my business.

Dial-up and broadband companies offer free months for doing this type of thing, credit card and car companies offer money. I am not offering either of these. My customers reviews are completely unbiased opinions. If that isn't quality than I don't know what is.

If you aren't already encouraging your customers to spread the word about your company, I suggest you do. This new thing called "word of mouth" is all the rage;-) I wouldn't change a thing about the way I have conducted my business as of yet, and I am quite proud of my company, thank you very much.

Serversonic has been great to deal with during the past five months I've hosted with them.

This may sound funny, but I really feel that they are an honest and helpful company -- two things that are very important to me.

Thanks Jordan!
