Wanted to see if ya'll had any suggestions. This is a new problem for me. I have hundreds of products but this problem just started. I have Cubecart software. I generally place my product info, upload the pic and all that jazz. The CC software automatically generates a thumbnail of my product image. That thumbnail is rather small so I overwrite it with a larger image (140X175) via cPanel in my image folder. This usually works perfect.

My problem is that all of the sudden my thumbnail images are not being overwritten. I've even used SmartFTP to attempt to solve the problem but they still don't overwrite. Does anyone have a clue what is wrong? My hosting co. says it has to be CC. I have posted the question on the CC forum but no one has an answer.

Be aware that I sell lingerie so these images are of women in lingerie.

I think your host is right that it is probably the software itself having the glitch. You should wait for the reply on their forum.

I've been studying the problem for quite some time now. I have not be able to determine the cause of the problem. But I will not give up, if I have to examine each and every picture on the entire site that is what I will do.
