i am looking for a good and cheap affilate script which will help me manage my affialte.

i am starting small so cant pay too much.

it should do basic features.i need monthly payment as i will buy a good affiliate script soon.

can it be joined to WHMCS? since i wil planning to use that billing script.

no, they can just go domain.com/whmcsinstall/register.php and sign up.

No, they can just register an account without a service/product. There is a direct link allowing them to become an affiliate.
