We can load whatever you like. If you make OS changes to those boxes it will take longer then the guaranteed 2 hours to set up though.

We charge $25 for a reload. At this time we don't have an automated system for this although we have a large customer requesting it so we have several solutions in testing.

Due to the volume of servers we put online every day we are not able to provide custom configs beyond what is loaded by the OS or the Control Panel. Once the server is online you can open a ticket requesting these things but they would be billed at our normal hourly rate of $65 an hour.

Both CPanel and DA install Spamassasin.

It can, but is not installed durring the initial setup.

We don't include fantastico with CPanel. We used to but as we grew it became a real pain to track the licenses so we dumped it.

We have several options for backup depending on your needs and the frequency of the backup. The largest hosting company in the world backs up thier servers with us.

None. We'll answer questions and normally help out with simple things but otherwise these servers are unmanaged. While we do offer management which covers just about anything and everything, our managed services market is no the typical WHT user so you might be supprised at the pricing. :)

if your order was confirmed today then you should be online already. I had my build guys stay late and finish everyone that had ordered and paid so no one would need to wait over the weekend. I believe there are just a couple that are waiting payment.
