Does anybody else think paypal's current logo looks like it was made in mspaint? The last one was way better looking.

It does have that look... overall a clean site though.

www.paypal.com ofcourse :) It's a dumb logo which doesn't fit well on all backgrounds. The old logo was much better to use and blend with your design.

Agreed, MS Paint. Simple color, bet I could find the font, two tone royal blue, and then italicized.

yeah and there site buttons the scanlines hurt my eyes

I don't mind their new logo, but it does hurt my eyes when I look at the blurred out digits. I try not to do that too often. :)

I think it looks boring and corporate. The other one had a much more fluid trendy modern edge to it.

The Design is not that good but the changes was needed.

Meh, when your PayPal nobody really cares much about your look. And it's kinda like Google, for people that use it a lot it doesn't need a super flash logo, I think simplicity is a great thing.

What was wrong with their previous look though? Couldn't they just go with the old, better looking logo? It fit the design the same way as the current logo.

I guess you could say that. However I think for the type of service they offer, the new design works pretty well. I like the new site layout, too. Huge improvement imo.
