Hi All,
As a handful of you know we have been working on a project over the last 3 years to commercialize a "Business In a Box" management and billing system for Voice Over IP. The software is designed to work in a similar fashion to that of the popular CPanel / WHM used in the web hosting industry and basically allows you to create your own VSP by installing the software along with the Asterisk PBX on your own Linux based server (whether its remote or right beside you).
After 3 years of development (no joke) we're ready to start our Public Beta testing of the software and would like to ask anyone who is interested to download it, install it, break it and report it back to the forums on the site (or here). Additionally any comments / feature requests / praise ;-) would be much apprechiated.
Here's some important things to note:
License: The Beta Version is FREE and will remain free through all Beta versions of the software for the next few months at least. After that standard licensing will apply (approx $99usd per month per server).
Beta: Beta means this is a testing version, we expect there to be bugs at this point. The software is well over 100,000 lines of source code which has been written from scratch over a period of 3 years. Please report bugs and we'll get to a stable version much more quickly.
Running commercially: You can definately run any Beta version commercially, just keep up with the updates and you should be fine. Don't forget your license will expire shortly after the first stable version is released, however you will simply need a new key and won't have to format / change your existing settings.
Documentation: It's important to note that vspPanel is an absolutely massive project and documentation is currently not complete. We will be working on documenting everything over the next few weeks / months however until we have a full sized document. Please check back on the forums and into the FAQs for more information as we go ahead.
Current Test System: The current test systems we have been using to create, test and run vspPanel is: Linux Fedora Core 6 & 7 along with Asterisk Version 1.4.4 -> Asterisk Version 1.4.13
I think thats about it.
If your interested in testing the software or just having a look at the screenshots on the website it's located at:

or for screenshots:

If your interested in Installing it I highly recommend following the "Getting Started" instructions over downloading the .tar.gz files as Getting Started will use WGET and similar commands which will get you going quicker.
Thanks all. As I said, comments welcome. :) (Yeah, i'm fishing)..
Chris.
