Hi,

Mail space is calculated against your storage quota, we have no hard limit on mysql space, we use commen sense, since I have yet to find an unlimited hd. :)

Static ip is available upon request if you have a valid reason.

Yes, first create the subdomain, then an ftp account with the subdomain name as username (like: subdomain@yourdomain.com) this will only give him acccess to his folder.

The Reseller plans are already priced low, these will probably go up in the future.

BGP-4 connection to Cogent & Verio, initially it is 1 domain, addon domains can be purchased for $1/domain/month

speed and ping response times seem unstable from asian countries, is this because of cogent? all my friends have adsl/cable and their speed with other sites are quite good.

Did they trace the ip? see if it was cogent?

I have tried dl'ing from multiple locations and the lowest I got was 120KB/s (from Scandinavia), I haven't tried from Asia though.
