I assume you mean reseller, not registrar. Very few companies will have the resources to become a registrar.

Just seach the offers forums for eNom. There are dozens of eNom resellers at WHT.

Why don't you use enom? Their prices are great, you will surely find a few enom resellers around.

resources you mean cash + man power?

what does it take to be an accredited domain registrar? and whats the costs? is it only the $5.99/domain to ICANN ? forgeting about the database/servers/programming side to make a company a functional registrar

no cost per domain? all you pay is yearly costs per TLD and the setup?!

You need $70k in available capital or line of credit.

You pay an application fee to ICANN. You need to have $500k in commercial liability insurance.

You pay ICANN a base fee every year, plus additional fees per TLD you sell.

You pay Verisign $6 per domain name for CNO domains.

You pay an additional fee based on the total number of domains you "hold" for people each year.
