I received an angry email form Chicken yesterday; partly as a respose to the latest flame wars which made me decide to leave WHT and partly because of some emails I sent about WHT not beeing what it was.

I don't know how you feel but I want the WHT I signed up for back. Of course changes always take place, hell even the owners of this place change. But it wasn't THAT which caused all this but people beeing rude, myself included.

So the flaming stops right HERE

I promised to Chicken that whenever someone flames or provokes I will send an email about it and I will. I hope that other members here feel the same way I do.

I just deleted all the nasty and mean PMs and IMs I got cause I want to forget and start at 0!

and robert shouldn't have to stay away. robert gave back just as good as he took it, so, to think that robert should leave would be to think the same for the posters who flamed robert back (most of whom are the same ones who casually flame other hosts but try and pass off their comments as innocent constructive criticism).

Im trying, but man Chicken must live in some sort of alternate timeline, somewhere where there is like 48 hours in a day, because DAMN I just cant find and I dont know of anyone else that could possibly find as much time as he can to dedicate to a forum.

Im trying for at least an hour a day but sometimes even thats too much to manage.

Moderators don't delete posts for no reason. So did you "take a guess"? Was it the wrong forum? Spam? Think about it, you will understand.

But if that is too difficult to comprehend, read all the rules again, it will eventually click why it happened..;)

People I really apprechiate you input put PLEASE let us stay on topic. One of the most common problems is that threads never stay on topic. Chicken told me whole deal about how and why and I understood what he meant.

That's the whole point of a _discussion_. I want threads to go of topic, most threads here are useless and just opened to gain more "points." Open up threads that are interesting and make sense, not company complaints or nothing like that.

I am guilty of that too but it does not change the fact that FLAMING destroys communities. All that is kept alive is HATE ;)

Chicken, its a bit hypocritical to try and stop flaming in this one thread when it happens so much across the boards... all this thread is/was is a cocky fu to people who don't like Robert and he invited anything this thread brings onto himself. If your going to start taking the all mighty route then you need to go throu every thread and remove every personal remark or attack made against anyone. But that’s never going to happen, so just as a suggestion I'd let nocsol defend himself or learn to quit putting himself in situations that invite flames.
