Does anyone have any experience with Avactis Shopping Cart? I ask because it looks very promissing and developers can get a free copy (which ive been given), my only concern is with support.
I sent off some presales questions on Friday and received a reply yesterday morning. I replied to that as it didnt clear up everything i was asking and im still waiting for a reply. My concern is that if Sales are this slow to respond then i dread to think what Support will be like :(
Can anyone offer some insight regarding their experiences with the Avactis team please?

We used Avactis Cart for some of our projects and had no problems with them. On our exeperience most of the time they reply quickly.
If they don't answer, post your messages on their forums. May be they didn't get your message...

Ive just heard from them again but it needed me to follow up with another reply which hopefully wont take this long. They should be receiving messages going through their own support system!

All the inquiries I've put in have been answered within an hour or two. The first was in September and the latest was just last week. They have been very helpful for me.

Well i finally got my questions answered, i think the problem was replying to their messages and they wern't getting them but if i went back to their website and created a new ticket then they received it.
Sadly i wont be using it after all - I sell templates for CubeCart and while CubeCart works perfectly it requires too many mods to run my store in the way i need which then makes it a nightmare when its upgrade time.
One thing i need is the ability to manually send out download links rather than them being sent out automatically. With CubeCart a small code edit was required so download links only get sent out when i change the Order Status. Sadly Avactis want $150 to make the same edit and im not prepared to pay that.
So i'll stick with CubeCart for the time being while i do some more research, Viart is certainly a contender :)
Thanks for posting your experiences, its much appreciated :D
