Do sedo allow adult domains? or can any one recommend an alternative.

Yes, sedo does allow adult names just make sure you tick the "adult" button when adding the domain. don't know how well they do (pay wise) though..

I think they must have some norms which you have to follow, so its better to contact sedo for the same and get solution from them itself

With adult domains I have found it better to develop with an affiliate site..more money then parking

Yes, sedo does allow adult names. I have lots off them parked (no time to develop). But sedo do not pay that mutch
