Can you explain? unmetered 10Mbps is around 3300GB!...

Can you explain? unmetered 10Mbps is around 3300GB!...First 1TB is on 100Mbit... then you have unmetered 10mbit, or you can buy more bandwidth on 100mbit (per Gbyte).
