Only saying 65 days ago i registered a domain .org in rebel.com and no problem to transfer, now is in communigal.

What's so newsworthy about that? All registrars allow transfers after 60 days. Didn't you like Rebel?

Some weeks ago exist the doubt about if is no a scam. I am saying for informative purposes transfer out was smooth.

Umm, Rebel has always been very trustworthy and I've had a few domains there for a while. I however do not like their interface and have decided not to renew my domains with them. If you need a Canadian company to handle your registrations they are one of the good guys.
