when you set up an account package in whm it asks if you want to offer unlimited email addys and parked domains. Would it be smart to offer unlimited. I mean by doing this, will it use a lot of bandwidth?

No, it wouldn't be.
You can always define how many e-mails or parked domains etc. you want to allow under the plan you create.

Your clients are still going to be limited only to the amount of space and bandwidth assigned to their accounts, though I would enter a number in, too.
