Hi all,

I have a domain, registered through ubiquityhosting by enom.
I bought this domain from my old hosting provider,
but when the domain expired, my hosting provider cannot extend it,
i made a few tickets on ubiquityhosting but they always deleted my tickets, they have extend my domain to 2008, but i never get my domain manager since i buy it.

I'm try to send an email to registrant email, but there is no reply.

There is anyway to get my domain back?

Thanks in advance for each reply.

No, since i have that domain (2006) the registrant contact is always ubiquityhostingsolutions, and now the domain was expired.

Thanks Bashar for the reply.

I don't really understand what you mean. Did they steal the domain?

that why we should use the trusted registrar, don't just look for cheap domain offer.

If the domain has expired. I'd place a backorder for it on NameJet.com It's going to be the only way you will get your domain back with the least hassle. If you baulk at the $70 cost of the backorder, then the domain isn't worth much, and you should register another domain for your website. I'd recommend you use a domain registrar to register your name (Name.com $5.99) and use a different hosting company.

Thanks Bashar for the reply.

On the WHOIS, then, it's not under your name, but the original hosting company? I'm just trying to clarify your question. I think we may be in the same boat as you with a host I'm trying to transfer a domain name from to my new host.

Can you PM me your ticket ID(s)? I would like to help you with this. I've never seen our staff just delete a ticket, but one way or the other every action they make is logged in a Kayako database, and I'd like to make sure everything gets straightened out on either end.

Thanks,

Corey

I get renewal notices for domain registered under my name..

Funny thing is I never registered these domains ... Weird ...

Also when I contact the domain registar they never reply to my questions about the domain ...

Got it, it looks like your tickets were actually merged.

It appears the confusion was that there's a degree of separation between you and our services (this was registered by another hosting provider, who was once one of our customers). I understand your frustration, however I don't believe we're able to release a domain belonging to one of our customers without their direct permission, even if the domain does happen to be used by a website belonging to you.

stu's advice of backordering the domain is definitely credible, though I believe an expired domain usually takes a little while to drop and become obtainable once more (I'm sure a domainer here could probably give you a much more scientific explanation on that). Beyond this, unfortunately, I'm not sure what more can be done - we definitely want to help you, but we are bound to our policies of not giving out other customers domain names.
