Im stuck guys and im hoping someone can offer some advice :)

Although i have Photoshop i tried using it once and hated it so have since been using Fireworks which i find much more intuitive. The problem is that i have a PSD file that when i open in Firworks it does not show the layers as usual but rather just one single image, but if i open it in Photoshop then all the layers are there and display correctly.

This has never happened to me before and as i really dont want to start to learn Photoshop so i wondered if there was some setting in either Fireworks that is the reason why its not showing me the layers or some setting in Photoshop so i can re-save it so it displays properly in Fireworks?

As i say, i can open any other PSD in Fireworks and it displays all the layers :confused:

Any advice is much appreciated :D

Fireworks is the most useless program you can possibly have.
Learn photoshop, there are reasons ANY proffesional graphics designer/photographer/etc. uses it.
